effects of social media. Today we have presented some famous speakers, namely
Apri Yulianti, Fitrilya, Muliana Razaq, and Sri Wahyuni.

I think social media is a site where one can create a personal web page and connect with every person who joined the social media.

I think social media is a place some people to share information more easily and simple.
Reporter: so in essence, social media is a place to communicate. Then would do you views about social media.
Informant 3:
My view is, social media allows all people to freedom of expression, speech, including directly and openly criticize the person.

Moreover, By social media, the public can actively participate in the various activities on the social media. But social media actually having an impact for society.
Reporter: I want to ask Muliana Razaq, how do you think social media is based on the observation of the development of your the environment?
Informant 3:
Currently social media has grown rapidly and might even be already far beyond what could be imagined a few years ago.

as the development of technology certainly has an impact, What are the nah effects caused from social media?
Informant 2:
actually many benefits that can result from social media as a means of discussion, a medium for exchange of information.
Informant 1:
The addition of social media can be used as a place of learning online, add knowledge and fill spare time.
Reporter: besides the positive effects mentioned, is there any negative impacts of social media?
Informant 3:
Social media indeed provide a lot of benefits, but many people who abuse social media, such as committing fraud
Informant 4:
negative impacts as well, the teenagers communicate more often and spend time in social media so that makes them addicted, lose track of time, and lack of socialization with the environment.
Reporter: of the the various problems that occur, what efforts are being made to prevent and overcome these problems.

Families must be able to provide affective functions that a child get enough attention.

And it takes awareness of social media users

it needs extra attention from governments, families, and communities. because one of the causes of the abuse of social media is the influence of the surrounding environment.
